Your WinStar Wallet allows you to load the WinStar Reel Money Gaming app with funds from your bank/credit account, while the Reel Money Gaming Balance are the funds used to play the games available in the app itself. The WinStar Wallet allows you to securely connect to your credit card/bank with no risk of identity theft or credit card fraud because no private details are shared. Powerful encryption services secure your accounts, and the funds in your wallet are connected to your credit card/bank account, providing you with an extra degree of protection.

You can’t cash out any funds from the app itself. To cash out, first transfer your funds from your Reel Money Gaming Balance to the WinStar Wallet. From the Deposit screen, select the “Transfer to WinStar Wallet” option. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, enter your PIN, and then hit “Transfer Money.” Once done, come visit us at any WinStar Cashiers Cage for assistance. If you hit a Big Win, you will need to visit a Cashiers Cage to verify your identity and collect your winnings before you may continue playing.

Alternatively, the funds in your Reel Money Gaming Balance are automatically moved to your WinStar Wallet when you log out of the app, either manually or by leaving an authorized gaming location.

First, make sure you have funds available in your WinStar Wallet by clicking on the “Deposit” button from the lobby screen. Wallet transactions are restricted to U.S. players & institutions only, and the Wallet only accepts Visa & MasterCard.

Once you have funds in your WinStar Wallet, you can add them to your Reel Money Gaming Balance. From the Wallet screen, choose the “Transfer to Reel Money Gaming Balance” option, enter how much you want to transfer, enter your PIN number, and click “Transfer Money”. Please note that, though you can add funds into your wallet up to $2,000 at a time, there are limits on how much you can add in a given timeframe.

Daily Limit = $10,000
Weekly Limit = $25,000
Monthly Limit = $50,000
